Good experience Doctor was so great about explaining how everything would be done. Excellent Doctor he needs to touch other Doctors how to talk with patients and explain things. He was so good about everything He really cares about his patients you can tell.

Visit started badly with the worst possible opening "so, why are you here?". I understand that providers want the problem explained in patient's own words, but this question feels like the doctor is totally unprepared and callous, when a patient has had countless lead-up visits with other lower level providers before the referral to neurosurgeon, and patient has spent many administrative hours ensuring all records are forwarded ahead of time and all e-records and physical records are pre-completed to provide the surgeon with a complete history of the condition prior to the visit. With that said, the visit improved and I ultimately had a good discussion with Dr Thorell.

Can't say enough good about my health care provider. He was the best.

Dr. Thorell was amazing. He is probably one of the nicest doctors I've ever seen. I was extremely nervous because I was coming in due to an anuerysm showing up on a scan, but he put me at ease and explained how and why I don't need to worry. I'm having other symptoms, so he went over those as well, ruling out other things that could possibly be wrong with my brain. I'm not great at explaining things, but I am genuine when I say the front office, nurse, and Dr. Thorell were all amazing. I walked into the visit scared as heck, and walked out like a thousand pounds had been taken off my shoulders. Hopefully I won't ever have to see him again, but I would go back, and recommend him any time to friends and family.
