Parking lot construction
The Green parking garage connected to the Durham Outpatient Center (near 45th and Emile streets) is undergoing construction. The east entrance and exit near Emile Street is closed until further notice. Please use the west entrance and exit on 45th Street near the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center.
The parking garage is open, but we recommend arriving early to allow extra time for parking and getting to your appointment.
At times, the garage may be full. Additional parking, including ADA spaces, is available on Level B of the garage across from the Durham Outpatient Center. If parking there, do not walk across Emile Street. Instead, take the garage elevator to Level D and use the skywalk for a safe and direct route to the Durham Outpatient Center.
Parking is available at or near every Nebraska Medicine location.
If you are a patient visiting a location on the Nebraska Medical Center campus, you are welcome to use the free valet parking available from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the main entrances of the Durham Outpatient Center/University Tower, and Clarkson Tower and from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center.

Handicap Accessibility
Handicapped visitors are provided parking and barrier-free access to all areas in the hospital. Restrooms designed to accommodate physically handicapped people are located at various locations in the hospital.
