What to expect at your first visit

At your first visit, we will:

• Discuss your family and personal history
• Perform a full physical. We will order blood or urine tests if necessary
• Discuss and evaluate any issues you may be experiencing

Then together, establish a personalized care plan. If treatment is needed we will discuss your options, including a referral to another specialist if appropriate.
