The experience was informative and reassuring.

The fellow was great. He listened and paid attention to my concerns and history and made sure to establish common terms before using themThe doctor was abrupt and didn't make an attempt to know me. He also stood over me rather than taking a seat. He also used language that was different from what was familiar and seemed not to appreciate that I have some experience with other terms because of my family history
