The provider did a great job explaining everything. I did not do a pre-visit with her and didn't quite have a full understanding of the procedure so she ensured that I did before beginning. She found pictures online that gave me a better understanding of what was going to happen. There was one point though once I was numbed up and the surgery was underway that she and her other care team members began doing their own thing and talking about a scheduling issue which was a little confusing.
