The doctor was excellent. He came into the room being thoroughly prepared and had gone over my file.

The Dr. Barely checked me out looked at my ears and then nose. Said I had blood vessel that needed to be cauhterized. Never showed me where on a monitor or anything. Just said I needed it for my bloody noses. Questions I asked him it's like he couldn't hear me or just ignored me. I think he burnt the outside of my nose as dark spot. The Dr. Acted like I was an idiot with questions or again couldn't hear me as his response was not equal to the questioned I ask. Med student was with him and answered for him.I will not go back that was my first visit after changing ent as my Dr. Moved.
