Interests

Dr. Legge is Assistant Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. He received his medical degree from UNMC in 1986, completed an ophthalmology residency at Boston University in 1990 and a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology at Tufts New England Medical Center a year later. His practice is limited to adults with neurologic vision disorders and children with vision loss of any kind. Dr. Legge also specializes in strabismus surgery, which is the moving of muscles to correct eye misalignment.

Dr. Legge was extremely friendly and answered my questions in an easy understand way. He was thorough in explaining his findings and recommended treatment options. He carefully explained the benefits I could expect from strabismus surgery, as well as the potential for risks. I will highly recommend this provider to others!
