I am exceedingly pleased with the care received here. It appears that my problem has been solved.

Professional and courteous. Answered all my questions. I am impressed with how well UNMC has kept me informed.

Fine tuned machine.

She just seemed in a hurry.

Again, the PA couldn't examine my knee and the swelling. I was wearing leggings that came 2 inches above my ankle. She did palpate my knee. But was very disengaged. She asked when entering the room what was wrong, I told her. She asked no investigative questions. I told her I fell in November and broke my fibula. The pain in my knee has been transient, and had progressively worsened-especially after standing or sitting long periods. I felt like I was wasting her time, and it was a waste of my time as well. Told me to get Voltaren gel and she would talk with Dr Kildow and get back with me. I specifically asked for communication through OneChart since that is easiest. That was Wednesday, it is now Sunday with no communication. In reading the office note, she did NONE of the things she stated. My knee had inferior medial swelling and was tender. She did not observe my gait, which is guarded at best. Under your Patient Rights and Responsibilities, the very first one is Respect. I was not shown this.
