Dr Thai is awesome.

We saw Dr. Thai. From the very beginning of the visit, it felt very cold and impersonal. I don't think he reviewed any of the charts or referrals sent over from other specialist and our primary care doctor. He did not seem to know anything about why we were there, had no idea of previous test or results, and I had to try to look up everything to which he only seemed to listen to part of it. There was a small issue with understanding each other, which I understand, but did make everything seem uncomfortable and like we were not receiving the best communication. I'm very curious why he didn't review our charts or our past before our visit. That seemed to be the most frustrating part I am certain he didn't understand our whole issue, and thus had no idea how to proceed with us. It was so frustrating, we were anxious to just get out of there, even if it meant no treatment. Very unfortunate.

I don't feel like the doctor listened to me this time. I feel like he jumped to conclusions without listening to my entire description

I thought he did a good job of explaining ways to manage symptoms. I had additional questions to ask during my appt but didn't feel I had time to ask these. I was also a little disappointed as I had waited 7 months for this appt and he started the visit by saying "and what brings you here today" as if he hadn't read my chart or anything. But I did appreciate that he wanted to rule out other conditions and had a game plan going forward by the end of the appt. He was very pleasant. Also he had a student with him that was frequently on her phone and not engaged in the visit. I don't mind students but I thought that was inappropriate.

I wish all of my drs appts went as smooth as Dr Ty's, everyone is polite , I never wait long in the waiting area and when I'm put in the exam room I am seen by Dr Ty in a matter of minutes.

I thought the care of this doctor was very good and he's the first one that actually seemed to care and to want to figure out what's really wrong with me and and help me and I haven't had that before so I found that very refreshing thank you

Dr. T seemed very rushed during our visit to the point we didn't have time to show him Jenny's blood pressure results chart for the last month before her appointment.
