Both Dr. Van de Graaff & his fellow spent a great amount of time with me listening to my concerns, answering questions, & offering solutions. Dr. also figured out what my symptoms might be related to - a mystery I have been dealing with for a month.

I really like Dr. Van De Graaff he's courteous and friendly and passionate about his job. I'm also impressed with his knowledge and communication with his patients. I was also impressed with how he performed my allergy test then went over the results with me last year. I look forward to my follow up appointments with him to check in with how things are going with me. I highly recommend Dr. Van De Graaff.

The resident that came in first was great. She clearly cared and listened to everything. Dr. Van de Graff came in later and it seemed like I was wasting his time. Unfortunately even though I'd requested to have my records sent from Methodist and Dr. Penn, they hadn't sent my records. I understand this creates an issue, but I really felt that even if everything was there that there was no need for me to be there. I've had a terribly hard year with repeated and chronic infections and quite frankly I'm losing hope in figuring out any answers before I lose this battle!
