I had had a surgical consult in Lincoln the day before. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. I was not expecting Dr. Maxwell to tell me what she did. I left a little angry, but after some time and talk with my family, believe she told me what she did to paint a ture picture of the giant surgery I would be facing if I chose to go ahead with a double mastectomy and reconstruction.

Dr Maxwell is outstanding. I have told everyone who has asked about my experience how professional and talented she is. I had two surgeries with her with optimal results and negligent scarring. She is amazing.

Dr Maxwell was one of the most compassionate, thorough doctors I have been to. She explained in detail her diagnosis and her recommendations. My husband and I were able to ask questions, we did not feel rushed and felt really seen and heard by Dr. Maxwell. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!

So thankful dr maxwell is a dr who listens to her patients! A previous dr made me feel crazy and paranoid about my situation and never gave me any answers... Dr maxwell put my fears 1st answered the questions that were causing my fears, and agreed to do more for me than my 1dt dr would. She is doing everything I was told I couldn't have done.

This was a follow up visit, with imaging being been done immediately prior to my visit. There were no concerning findings to share with me. She graciously shared that information with me. We talked about the interval for the next imaging and appoinrment. I felt clearly understood, and am confident that I understood her.
