Always excellent information of my health diagnosis, and referrals to specialists, nursing staff always follow up with Dr.orders and to follow up with Dr flagg referral.

Was a bit apprehensive meeting a new doctor for the first time, but Dr. Flagg's warm smile immediately put me at ease. She reviewed my health history thoroughly, listened patiently to my concerns and provided options for my course of care. Feel I have made a good decision moving to HICSA and Dr. Flagg for my primary care.
