Really appreciate the approach that Bradley took in asking me questions that helped to better understand the origin that may be another consideration of root cause. He made me feel important and understood. It's the first time in many years that someone from the medical field spent that much time with me.

Given that I had a hard time explaining my pain type, locations, etc., Bradley was extraordinarily patient even though he had to be very frustrated.
