The medication I was on was explained to me and why it may not be effective for my issue. The plan is one that is not abrupt and has us communicating regularly to see how things are going.

I met with Barbara E Roessner on 10/17/2023 for an initial consultation regarding my AFIB diagnosis. I am currently being treated in my hometown by a cardiologist but have little confidence in my current level of care. The purpose of my visit on 10/17/2023 was to get a second opinion and continue with Nebraska Medical if deemed necessary. Barbara stated she was going to consult with a fellow cardiologist after review of my tests/records which had transferred to Nebraska Medical. She said she would call me the following day. I did not receive the call. I followed up a couple days later and provided my email address if unable to contact me on my cell phone. I still have not received a follow up plan.

I have a hearing problem. Barb is very knowledgeable but at times a little fast with information. Very caring & kind.
