My first interaction with the provider was at my consult appointment the month prior and his bedside manner was lacking, to say the least. I was pleasantly surprised by the change at this appointment, he was overall friendlier and appeared more approachable. In all honesty, I was wearing clothing that made it clear I am also an employee of Nebraska Medicine and potentially that was the reason for the difference in treatment at this appointment.

Dr. Robinson answered all of my questions and concerns. He explained things to me multiple times if I didn't understand and he let me speak my mind about MY situation. He listened and provided input/his professional opinion based on my personal behalf for my situation.
