Pelvic pain may present as pain with speculum exams (medical exam performed by your provider), pain with using tampons, pain with sitting or other activities. Pain may be deep in the pelvis, lower abdomen, groin, inner thighs, tail bone, pubic bone, clitoris, vagina, penis, testicles, bladder or rectal area.
Pelvic health rehabilitation therapists are trained to provide comprehensive care to reduce pain, better manage symptoms, and improve quality of life. Treatment may include education on different tools and techniques to restore normal pelvic floor flexibility and coordination.

- Pain education
