Once you remove your IUD, you can get pregnant right away since there’s nothing in place to prevent a pregnancy. Depending on where you are in your cycle when the IUD is removed, you may get pregnant before having a period.
Remember, it can take up to 12 months to get pregnant any time you try to conceive. 80 percent of couples will achieve pregnancy in the first 12 months of trying.
