If you’re not sure if you need a COVID-19 test, review our COVID-19 testing guidelines.
Current Nebraska Medicine patients
You're considered a current patient if you have been seen by one of our health care providers at some point within the past three years.
The fastest and most convenient way to request a COVID-19 test is through our COVID-19 E-Visit.
E-Visits are an online series of questions. Your answers will be sent to a health care provider for review. If the health care provider determines a COVID-19 test is needed, you will receive a prompt to schedule your test at one of our health centers within 24 hours.
To complete an E-Visit, you must have a One Chart | Patient account. E-Visits can be completed through the One Chart | Patient desktop portal or the Nebraska Medicine mobile app. If you need help, you can follow these instructions.
If you are not a current patient
You can connect with one of our providers online through an Immediate Care Video Visit.
Immediate Care Video Visits are available during the following hours:
- Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Holidays: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
