Dr. Batra was fantastic. I wasn't expecting a same-day exam, which caused a spike in anxiety but that's not his fault. Again, opportunity to do better. If the scheduler or OneChart message has advised ahead of time, I would've been prepared and had a better experience

Excellent treatment I have been doing my follow-up for 2 years and although I live far away I prefer to go and be treated there because I feel safe with n the team, excellent attention since you arrive.
