Over all it was perfect

I expressed my concerns about going back on an LP1 drug because of my diabetic retinopathy. Dr P heard my concerns and was willing to table the conversation for later down the road.

Unpleasant visit. I shared many frustrations and concerns with the provider and was ignored. Provider mumbled often and was very hard to understand. Multiple times my personal experience as a diabetic was ignored in favor of "studies show" or "we typically recommend." I felt like a number and just another diagnosis rather than a patient. The physical exam was uncomfortable and unprofessional; not thorough at all, there was no explanation of what she was doing/looking for. All of the concerns that I walked in the room with are still persisting and have actually worsened. I switched away from this provider years ago for the same reason and am appalled to still be treated so poorly again.

Dr, Preethi has gone above and beyond what my previous endocrinologist did. I am so very happy I switched. She has left no stone unturned in trying to figure out what is causing my thyroid issues.

The Dr listened to the current symptoms I have, discussed my medications and how they work and what not taking them, or properly taking them could be causing many of my symptoms. The Dr REALLY explained these issues in a way I could understand and by doing so, set my mind at ease. I left that session feeling 100% better, and more importantly, I feel I now understand how my medications work with my body.
