Dr. Klusaw is very knowledgeable and honest. My condition is almost hopeless and she was very forthcoming about what results I might expect.

Provider did not seem to care that I was excited about my visit. Provider turned away from me while telling me they didn't believe I was a good candidate for lasik which hurt a little bit. Provider also told me things I have never heard about my eyes before (dry eyes, eye problems) in a way that was not especially thoughtful. I felt supporting by the person who roomed me and did my original test (Taylor I think) but the provider made me feel like I only had one option. I don't mind that I'm not a candidate for lasik but I wish the provider would have taken more time to explain the procedure to me and would have empathized more when I asked about costs and the differences between procedures. Her descriptions were short and I felt like I couldn't ask any more questions because I didn't know enough about the recommended procedure.
