Dr Stephany warmly greets you and with actual concern asks how you're doing. He listens, asks specific questions and then makes suggestions for treatment. His support people are also involved and echo doctor's concern and care.

I was astonished that the doctor took the time needed, answered my questions about what he'd found and what treatments were needed and not needed, and answered all questions well. He wasn't impatient or condescending.
