Dr. Florescu is also my wife's nephrologist, and we've had a long and very good working relationship. We commiserated that the hospital IT system does not allow him to post required testing orders for the patient to see, so the essential lab work had to be done after the conclusion of the appointment. It seems to me that having the lab results before the appointment would increase the efficiency of the interaction.
