Honestly, I was really disappointed in this appointment. I have been seen with women's clinic for 10 years and have seen Dr. Lessman the last few years. I felt like just another patient and left with just as many concerns and questions. Everything felt rushed with no time to talk about anything other than possible complications for the IUD removal, nothing about what to expect afterwards, no questions about the issues I was having. I tried mentioning a couple of symptoms and said how I hope it gets better, she said couldn't guarantee anything, shrugged her shoulders and walked out. Maybe she was having a busy or bad day. Here I am though, googling symptoms and "how much bleeding is normal" after a removal instead of asking a nurse because I feel like an inconvenience.

Dr Lessman is truly AMAZING!! She always listens and understands what I'm saying. She is one of the most caring providers I've ever seen.

Dr. Lessman and team are amazing. Always answers questions thoroughly and explains clearly. I've never felt embarrassed to ask a question. So fortunate that we have this level of care in Omaha.

Not sure if she had a long week or day but her explanations on things were long. Im a short sweet to the point answer type of person and I just didn't feel like asking many questions. The only question I asked was to please not tell me or my spouse the gender of the baby. The answer was very long and I didn't understand if my request was heard. Just seemed like she was exhausted. She kept asking me if I had anymore questions but I just didn't feel like her delivery answering my questions would be helpful. Overall she was really nice just needs maybe a break and better delivery of information.
