Dr Dowdall did a remarkable job at explaining what was going on, why and how they were going to treat it. I really want to express the confidence she gave me right before surgery and before they put me under. Her routine on basically doing a checklist with everyone in the room gave me unbelievable confidence. I have never experience listening to a Dr do that and really appreciated it.

Dr. Dowdall was amazing. I have been in health care for 30 years. Extremely professional and attentive. Hands down one of the best Physicians I have ever had take care of me. Truly cares for her patients

Dr. Dowdall was very understanding and supportive of me. She was straightforward about my health and plan of care. She gave me lots of reassurance and support. She also followed up with me by phone the next day, which was an incredible gesture.

I have been struggling with this throat problem for decades, and for the first time, I have hope that this issue can be resolived.I might add that I started physical therapy after this visit, and my PT says that these are the BEST notes he has seen from a physician in his 30 years of practice. :)

The doctors assessment of my situation made sense to me. I was hoping to get a summary of the doctors notes, but I will contact the office later to do that. It would help in my understanding of what's happening.
