Our Career Ladder and Onboarding Program aims to equip students and new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge to pursue a career supporting ophthalmologists and optometrists.

  • Earn a certified ophthalmic assistant (COA) certificate as a high school junior or senior.
  • Earn noncredit COA in partnership with Clarkson College and TEI.
