Mental health and well-being support

Your mental well-being matters. Access support and care whenever and wherever you need it.

Supporting your mental and emotional health

We understand that mental well-being is just as important as physical health. Whether you’re dealing with stress or anxiety or simply need someone to talk to, we provide a range of mental health resources to support you.

Online therapy at your fingertips

Available to colleagues enrolled in a medical plan after Jan. 1, 2025.

With Talkspace, mental health support is just a click away. If you're enrolled in a Nebraska Medicine medical plan, you can connect with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist from the comfort of your home via phone or computer. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges, Talkspace offers convenient, confidential care without needing an office visit.

If you’re enrolled in a Nebraska Medicine medical plan, Talkspace therapy is now Tier 1 coverage. Services are covered 100% under the Consumer Choice plans after you reach your deductible. For the PPO plan, therapy sessions have a $30 copay. Both therapy and psychiatry services are available – therapy for individuals aged 13 and older and psychiatry for those aged 18 and above.

Get the help you need when you need it, with the flexibility to communicate with your therapist on your schedule.

Talkspace provides a comprehensive range of mental health services, including individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy and medication management.

To get started, register for your first visit, choose a provider and send a message anytime, anywhere at talkspace.com/connect.
