If you're enrolled in a Nebraska Medicine medical plan, you can connect with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist from the comfort of your home via phone or computer. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges, Talkspace offers convenient, confidential care without needing an office visit.
If you’re enrolled in a Nebraska Medicine medical plan, Talkspace therapy is now Tier 1 coverage. Services are covered 100% under the Consumer Choice plans after you reach your deductible. For the PPO plan, therapy sessions have a $30 copay. Both therapy and psychiatry services are available – therapy for individuals aged 13 and older and psychiatry for those aged 18 and above.

Peers in Need of Support (PINS) program
When you need someone to talk to, the PINS program connects you with trained behavioral health responders from Nebraska Medicine and UNMC. This peer support service is here to listen, offer suggestions, and share resources – all in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
